Transparent rules on how we encrypt your credentials, process form data, and defend your privacy.
Last updated: May 17, 2026. At Rinnode, we believe data privacy is a fundamental human right. As a developer platform built for indie creators, startups, and companies, we ensure your users\' lead data is secure, private, and fully under your control.
We process form submissions strictly on behalf of the developer who owns the endpoint. Ingestion payloads, IP addresses, browser referrers, and optional geolocation data are collected solely for the purpose of spam classification, rate limiting, and CRM analytics.
Submissions are analyzed programmatically using isolated Large Language Models (Gemini) to qualify lead intelligence and filter spam. This data is structured safely and is never utilized to retrain artificial intelligence models or shared with third-party advertising companies.
All form transmissions flow securely over TLS 1.3/HTTPS. Stored submissions are encrypted at rest. Access tokens, project API keys, and third-party webhook credentials are cryptographically protected using advanced key-management solutions.
We fully support the Right to Be Forgotten. Submissions can be deleted instantly by the project owner via the administrative dashboard, which triggers cascading purges across our live database, search index records, and Redis caches.
