This California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") Notice supplements the Rinnode Privacy Policy and applies solely to California residents.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT We collect personal information that identifies, relates to, describes, or is reasonably capable of being associated with a particular consumer or household. In the preceding 12 months, we have collected: - Identifiers (Name, email address, IP address, device tokens). - Commercial Information (Billing records, transaction history). - Internet/Electronic Network Activity (API usage logs, telemetry).
2. YOUR CCPA RIGHTS As a California resident, you have: - The Right to Know: The right to request what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell. - The Right to Delete: The right to request deletion of personal information collected from you. - The Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: The right to direct a business that sells/shares personal information not to sell or share your information. (Note: Rinnode does NOT sell or share your personal data with third-party brokers). - The Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.
