DPDP PRIVACY POLICY (INDIA) Last Updated: May 2026
This policy governs the processing of digital personal data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), 2023 of India.
1. CONSENT AND NOTICE We process personal data only for lawful purposes for which you have given your specific, unconditional, and informed consent. By creating an account or submitting data, you consent to the processing of your digital personal data as described.
2. DUTIES OF DATA FIDUCIARY As a Data Fiduciary, Rinnode commits to: - Process data in a fair and transparent manner. - Ensure the accuracy and completeness of personal data when used to make decisions. - Implement reasonable security safeguards to prevent personal data breaches. - Delete personal data as soon as the specified purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn.
3. RIGHTS OF DATA PRINCIPALS Under the DPDP Act, Indian citizens (Data Principals) have: - The Right to Information: Summary of personal data being processed. - The Right to Correction and Erasure: Update or delete inaccurate or obsolete data. - The Right to Grievance Redressal: Access to a grievance officer for resolving complaints. - The Right to Nominate: Nominate another individual to exercise rights in the event of death or incapacity.
